Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

Veyrus Research respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect through our website, how we use that information, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our website.

This information may include:

We may also receive limited technical information associated with use of the website, such as browser, device, network, or website interaction information, when provided by our hosting or technology providers.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

3. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and business. These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.

These services may include website hosting, database and account authentication services, transactional email delivery, and shipping or fulfillment services.

These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices, and their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and the services used to operate it may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when necessary for features such as account sessions, shopping-cart functionality, security, preferences, or basic website operation.

Optional traffic analytics

When enabled, optional analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. Shopping does not require consent. Use Reject / withdraw in the storefront footer at any time to stop future collection. We honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, staff opt-out, and exclude known Admin sessions and password-recovery pages. Withdrawal does not erase events already received.

Deliberately configured events cover Home, Catalog, Collection and Shipping information visits, product-detail opens, strength changes, adding or removing cart items, starting checkout, and confirmed order creation. An order-created event does not mean payment was received. Events use fixed section names, public product identifiers, broad device and referral categories, and a random browser-tab identifier renewed daily. Repeat visits may count separately; these are estimates, not identified customer counts.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, form values, order references, payment information, authentication tokens or full URLs to analytics. Autocapture and session recording are disabled. Consent preferences are stored locally; temporary analytics identifiers use browser session storage.

Netlify hosts our website and collection endpoint and receives your visitor IP address when you connect. Our collector does not forward visitor IP addresses in headers or event properties. It sends approved events to PostHog in the United States. PostHog receives and may store the collector's outbound (egress) IP address, rather than your visitor IP. Geolocation enrichment is disabled. This is not a no-IP-collection service.

Return to the storefront and use the optional analytics controls in its footer to change your choice.

5. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through our website. However, no online system, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information, which may include the ability to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law.
