Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

1. Shipping Charges

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Free-shipping eligibility is determined by the merchandise subtotal before any applicable shipping charge is added.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Processing time may vary based on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, or other operational factors.

An order marked as "Awaiting Payment" has not yet entered the normal fulfillment process.

3. Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability may depend on destination, carrier availability, legal restrictions, and operational considerations.

Veyrus Research reserves the right to decline or cancel shipment to a destination when fulfillment would be impractical, restricted, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through the Veyrus Research order-tracking page.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after a label is created.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates unless the carrier specifically guarantees a service level.

Veyrus Research cannot guarantee carrier transit times and is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your street address, city, state, and ZIP code before placing an order.

If you notice an address error before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Veyrus Research is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required before reshipment.

8. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package is still in transit beyond the carrier's expected delivery window, contact the carrier and Veyrus Research so the shipment can be reviewed.

We may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim when appropriate, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed in every case.

9. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, mailroom, parcel locker, or other secure delivery areas.

You may also need to contact the carrier directly for delivery details.

Packages recorded as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, retain the package, shipping label, packing materials, and product contents.

Contact us promptly and include photographs when possible. Damaged shipment claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Returned Shipments

Packages returned by a carrier may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment, depending on the reason for return.

Orders that cannot reasonably be reshipped may be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically. Updated versions may be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
